Workham has led this development on behalf of two family trusts.
A mixed use scheme comprising a 216 bed CitizenM Hotel, Eight Apartments, offices and retail spaces with a market and public realm at its heart.
Workham has managed the project from its infancy. The CitizenM Hotel opened in September 2016 and the remainder of Phase 1 including the Eight Apartments, five retail units were completed in early 2018.
In 2016 Workham sold a long leasehold interest in Phase II of the project to Brockton Capital. Brockton are planning an enhanced scheme which is planned to be completed in 2020. The family trusts have retained the freehold of the whole project as a long term investment & Workham continues to Asset Manage the project.
